Define Neighborhood Boundary, West End, Atlanta, GA
We need to narrow our neighborhood boundary map from the described area you have defaulted to for the area called West End in Atlanta, GA.
If I choose to create a watch area, how do I define the boundaries to conincide with our (and the official) definition of neighborhood boundry?

Hi Carl,
Thanks so much for reaching out and we'd be happy to edit the boundaries for the West End neighborhood in our SeeClickFix locations. To make these changes in our system, you will first have to either create a "watch area" of the neighborhood's geographic boundaries. Or if you have there are shapefiles for the neighborhood boundaries (.kml or .shp), we can add it to our locations that way.
To create a watch area, log into your SeeClickFix account, click on "My Account" and then "Watch Areas." Click on "Create a Watch Area" and then draw the geographic area you want by clicking on the map to outline your area. The map will automatically draw a line between each point you click. You can close the area by clicking back on the first point. Once you draw the area, save it with a title, "West End, Atlanta" for example, and provide your email address so you can be updated on the area in the future.
Once you have done this, send the watch area link (or the shapefiles) to contact (at) seeclickfix (dot) com and we can make it into a place. As always, please don't hesitate to send any additional inquiries or requests our way!
Keep SeeClickFixin'!
Emma
