Thank you for your message, and for your interest in SeeClickFix. We would love to create a 'places' page for Manila.
There are two ways you can potentially help us to do this. The first way is to send us a 'shape file' for the city. I'm not sure if you have access to one of these, but sometimes residents of cities do have these types of files, so I wanted to check to see. Additionally, you could also possibly draw the boundaries of the city as a watch area, which we could convert into a places page.
To draw a watch area, you can go to this page: http://seeclickfix.com/quezon/watch_areas/map and click 'draw by hand.'
Does that make sense? If you need any help with this, I'm happy to help however I can.
