Somerset Spring Community Association

I have registered [email blocked] as the Somerset Spring Community Association (we are an HOA in Raleigh) but want to place our HOA violations on a database separate from that of the City of Raleigh. Peeling paint and broken windows aren't the concern of the City. Can you create a "New Place" for us?
