For requests submitted through the iPhone app (using iPhone4) the token is being displayed instead of the service request id.

This token appears both on the phoneon the website when you display the "issues" - the token is shown on the right hand information panel
City of Toronto Service Request ID: 778nR28zimrr7Hj_ZVRjtgzd0qU

For example

    Hey Kevin,

I'm not sure I understand what you're pointing out. It looks like the service request ID is being displayed. Is this not what you want?

If you could explain your question a bit more, that would be very helpful.

    Thanks,

    Kevin

On the right hand side of the screen in the "Acknowledged" panel

City of Toronto Service Request ID: 778nR28zimrr7Hj_ZVRjtgzd0qU
instead of what it should be:
City of Toronto Service Request ID: 101001433588.

    Kevin,

This seems to be coming from your end. We don't generate your service request id's or your tokens, so I'm not sure how we could be making this mistake. It may be worth checking with the person on your end who did the integration.

As per the Open311API spec we initially return a random token and then subsequently return the valid Service request ID.

note: you are receiving this since it is show in the main panel of your web page

ie: Your service request has been assigned service request ID: #101001433588.
