my home page is gone and not receiving e-mail reports for a week now.......

I've had access to the City of Newarks home page since it's inception here. I no longer see our home page when opening the program, and I am not getting my overnight e-mail reports either. I am required to monitor the site for complaints for our City. Please advise of the problem.
