Can't submit

I've tried submitting the same issue about haf a dozen times this morning. I'm on a Mac and i've tried Safari, Chrome, and Firefox and all three did the same thing. I fill out the form, click submit and i'm taken back to the front page. No confirmation, and my submitted items doesn't show it. I tried and without an image attachment. Are there problems this morning?

Thank you for your message. I think that your issue was probably briefly in our moderation system, but has now been posted to the site. The moderation system ensures that content that does not comply with our terms of service is not posted to the site. Your post was placed into the moderation queue for some reason, and so it had to be pre-approved. I'm sorry for the confusion over this.
