Every time I try to log into seeclickfix, I have to reset my password. This is very frustrating.

Good Afternoon,
I'm sorry to hear about your problem with your SeeClickFix account. This is definitely strange. Would it be possible for you to describe the exact steps you are taking when you are forced to do this? This would help us to figure out what exactly is causing this problem.
Again, sorry for the glitch. I'm sure we'll be able to get it squared away very quickly.

Once again we cannot login to update requests. Can you help? I think I have accounts set up with each/both of the emails above, but am not able to access these all of a sudden. It's been working, you'll see our comments on problems in Greensboro NC. Help?
