can't close issue

I was recently notified that an issue I created (leaking sewage on 30th St.) needed to be closed if the problem had been fixed. I tried to close it but was unable to on the seeclickfix web page. When I selected 'close', nothing happened and the issue remained open.

   Hey Josh,

   Thanks for your email. To close an issue, you have to add a comment with it. So, after you hit close ok, you have to explain why the issue issue is closed and hit comment. I appreciate that this can be a bit confusing, but I hope that this explanation clarifies things.
