iPhone App "map" feature doesn't filter properly.
When viewing issues on a map with the iPhone app, the filter does not work properly. I filtered the map to only show "open" items, but when I click on "search" the filter is ignored. It's very difficult to audit my issues when pinpoints show up for open and closed issues. See attached screenshots of the specific issue I am citing.
It would also be nice if the map markers were different colors to match that of the website.

Hi Stephen,
Thanks for letting us know about the filtering issues you've encountered iPhone app. Regarding image two, did you select "Redo Search in This Area"? If so, did the app still include closed issues despite the filter for only open ones?
On another note, we appreciate the suggestion about map marker colors on the app and I've forwarded it along to the tech team. As always, let us know how else we can assist!
Best,
Megan

Yes, I did select "Redo Search in This Area". Are you not able to replicate these results?
Any closer to a release with color-coded markers?
Gave a demo to my neighborhood association last night. Went very well. Thanks.

Hey Stephen,
I'm glad to hear the demo went well. Please let your neighbors know that they're also welcome and encouraged to submit any questions they may have to our help board.
I was not personally able to replicate the results that you described, but that doesn't mean that it isn't a problem. Since you let us know that you did try the redo search button, I'll pass this along to our tech team.
As for the different colored pins, this is still something we're considering for future releases of the app, but have not integrated as of this point.
Regards,
Kevin
