No issues (reported, closed, following, or voting for) are being displayed in the My Content list. Same for Comments and watch areas.

    Tim,

Thanks for your message, and I'm sorry to see that you're having this problem. This appears to be a bug. I looked up the issues that have been reported through that User ID, and found several examples. So, I'm not sure why they aren't appearing on your user page.

I'm going to bring this to the attention of our tech team so that they can figure out what's creating this discrepancy. Can you let me know what type of browser you're using? Sometimes, that can make a difference, and it could possibly help our tech team to narrow down what the problem may be.

We're really excited that you want to use SeeClickFix to bring attention to the issues that are important to you in your community. As Community Manager, it's my job to help you to accomplish this. Please let me know however I can assist you in doing this.

    Regards,

Thanks Kevin. I'm mainly using Google Chrome 17.0.963.79 m though the issue is also present with Internet Explorer 8.0.6001.18702.

The "Voted For" table is displaying now but the "Reported", "Closed" and "Following" tables are not.

    Hey Tim,

Can you check one more time to see if this is still a problem? When I looked again at your user profile, it did seem to be displaying the issue you reported. I'm having trouble reproducing the problem, which helps us to figure out what is wrong.

Please let me know when you get a chance. If there is an issue you've reported that is not showing up in your user profile, could you pass along a screen shot of that issue page? That would be very valuable for us as we figure this out.

    Thanks,

    Kevin

Hi Kevin. I'm still not seeing the reported issue in the My Content > Issues > Reported section. Screen shot attached.

    Thanks!

    Hey Tim,

Ok, we think we've identified the problem. Can you take a look and see if it's working properly?
