On my account, my "Home" shows as Riley County, and all of the pull-down options are from a state which is not my own. I am in Massachusetts. Can I change that?

   Hi Jim,

   When you go to SeeClickFix.com, you have the option to input your location directly to the right of the SeeClickFix logo (see screenshot). There you can enter the correct neighborhood or city, like Boston, Springfield, etc. Once set the correct location, navigate to "Preferences" under "My Account." That location should now appear as an option on the pull-down menu for Home. Select the location and click "Save."
