I love your enthusiasm, and thanks for the tip!
If you're looking at the page for an issue you reported, the icons for twitter, email, and facebook are on the left side of the screen. A screen shot of the image you reported is attached. Do you see the t, f, and envelope icon on the left? That's what you're looking for.
