Time of report incorect

When I use See Click Fix on my mobile phone the time that gets enterd is almost 5 hours later than the actual time of the report. Is this time set locally or done by See Click Fix. Any information would be appreciated.

Thanks for your message. I'm sorry it's taken this long to get back to you. We've just had some people out of the office, so we've been a bit slower than usual.
To answer your question, I'm not sure why there is a problem with the timing of the issues. It would be really helpful for us in figuring this out if you could provide a bit more information. Can you provide an example of an issue this happened to? Is it only happening when you use a mobile device? This information should enable us to figure out what is going wrong that is causing this.
