They came out before, removed all the trash cut the weeds etc. Then the people started using it for a place for the dogs to poop. So now it is not only full of trash and overgrown weeds, but now wiith the mixture of dog poop, it is over run with biting flies and mosquitos. My suggestion is that y'all do the same thing y'all did before (ex. clean the trash and mow). The only difference would be this time have it cemented. That will stop the weeds. There also needs to be a dog poop fine up there. It s a litter sign up there but what is the point if it is not enforced? Put up some cameras and hire someone who will watch the tapes so they can fine them right at there house. A lot of them do not care because they don't own their property. They don't care about the value decreasing.
