When viewing "Issues Reported," I have no way of viewing only the "open" issues? Seems odd, no? (See screenshot.)

Hi Stephen,
You should be able to select the "Status" form element next to the search button to change the status to filter by. Then just use the "Search" button.

Yes, that works, but I didn't see it due to the fact that the nav on left has "Closed" in the list-- which is a also a Status-- so why not all the statuses on the left? You have plenty of vertical space, why not use it? I don't think you should burry it under a drop-down, especially after I've already been trained to look on the left, led astray by the "Closed" status.

Yes, that makes sense. Just to let you know, the left column is for issues you closed, not your issues that are closed. Ultimately, I think the complexity leads to confusion. I'll discuss with the team.
