Who closes issues or marks them as resolved?
Anyone can close an issue. Most often, the person who reported
it or the person who resolved it will update the issue as closed.
Bu if you are out on the town and happen to notice that something
an issue on SeeClickFix is no longer a cause for concern, feel free
to close the issue yourself.
