Help! I have no idea where to put my issue on the map!
So, you have an issue that you'd like to report, so you go ahead and hit the "Report an Issue" button and you're left with...absolutely no idea where to place your issue on the map. You're looking at the whole city, and you're not even sure which neighborhood to drag your red maker to! It's alright. Don't panic. Just make sure the "Update map and address together" box is checked and put in an address close to your issue. It doesn't have to be exact; as long as it's in the ballpark, you'll be able to drag the marker there once you can see it. Many of us are bewildered by the idea of trying to pinpoint the location of an issue when looking at a map of the US before we realize that you don't have to - the address box works just as well.
