I'm trying to report an issue, but when I click on its address the red marker jumps somewhere else.
If you are trying to report an issue by dragging the red issue
marker to its location, but it keeps jumping away, there is a
simple solution. This happens when you have "Update map and address
together" checked, but you are pointing to a location on the map
that doesn't have a stored address; the marker jumps to the nearest
location with an address stored in the database. If you are sure
that a particular address or intersection is the right one to
report your issue, simply uncheck the "Update map and address
together" box, drag the red marker to the location of the issue,
and enter its address in the box on the left. An accurate address
will be very helpful to the person who sets out to fix the problem
you are reporting!
