Pro Account Setup Tutorial
Congratulations! You've just been equipped with a tricked-out SeeClickFix Pro account. Now it's time to learn how you can make the most of all these new tools.
First things first: You will have gotten an emailed Invitation to SeeClickFix Pro. Click the link in that email to complete your registration. It should open up into a page like this:

Fill in your information - the "Invite Code" box should already be filled in - and click the Sign up button.
You'll land on a page that looks something like this:

Have look in the upper right-hand corner. There's a link to "Personal Preferences." No, we're not talking about whether you prefer 2% or skim. It links to a page where you will be able to set up an individual profile within the larger Pro account that belongs to your organization. When you click on "Personal Preferences," this is where you'll be taken:

Enter your name and upload a picture of yourself (or your city logo, or a picture of your dog, or whatever else you might want people to see when you comment on an issue). You'll also be able to add other email addresses of yours to your SeeClickFix account. Also, at the bottom of the page, is a link to a page where you'll be able to learn more about how to use SeeClickFix from your smartphone.
And that's about it! Now you're ready to make a watch area for yourself and start working with the issues from the Pro Dashboard. Have a look at our other walkthroughs for more information on how to get started doing that stuff. Happy Clicking!

Reporting Issues
- Help! I have no idea where to put my issue on the map!
